I have a 2001 E-350 with the 7.3L SRW, a shuttle bus. I'm planning on replacing the rear leaf springs soon but the vehicle doesn't have the decal on the door jamb with the spring code. Does anyone know if Ford stamps part numbers on leaf springs and if so, where that's typically at? I crawled under the vehicle and could not find any numbers on both springs, but there's plenty or rust in some spots so the part number might be hiding in plain sight.
We can always price match if you find it somewhere else.
There are other options available like a heavy duty option which is rated for 4,000 lbs Per Side and a Extra Heavy Duty which is rated for 5,000 lbs per side. Unless absolutely needed I would stay away from the 5,000 lb option. It's a great spring but it's pretty heavy.
