Number Dummy quick ?
Wondering what these fit rear leaf springs can you tell by the part number what and how much spring rate they are?F4TZ-5560-F

The only things I can tell you is this rear spring is listed for 1994 F350 & F(Super Duty), spring code H.
Load rates for springs not listed in parts catalogs after 1982.
