Help with Leaf Spring Numbers

I picked up a pair of front leaf springs for my Ex ($20), the guy I got them from said he thought he remembered them as being the "stiffer" spring for the F250. The numbers on the spring are: F81A AGD I have looked this number up on lots of different sites and only come up with a number referenced to coil spring rated at 5600 lbs.
Any help is appreciated.

There is no definitive way to identify springs from the numbers on the springs themselves.

There is some anecdotal evidence with certain numbers that possibly point towards certain springs, but there is no data base with cross-reference numbers for springs.

The only way to tell is via the door pillar sticker on the truck that the springs came from. Is that available?

Nice price if they turn out to be useful springs.

I added the common 5310 to your numbers and came up with this when I googled it. F81A-5310-AGD Looks like maybe W codes (shown as D codes but with W code 5600lb rating), if so nice score!

Nice little list from an older 2005 post, some useful info here. I'll be adding this to my notes.

Ahh, the plot thickens. I Missed that the OP had an '05 SD. I did see that list showed some of the fronts as coils but had others just listed with spring capacities and thought maybe it was for both leaves (4X4) and coils (2X4) rigs. It really is crazy how Ford ID'ed these things.

I finally hit a chance to measure the arch in the springs. It measures about 5". On SDSpring their "X-codes" which are V measure 4 7/8" and stock G-codes measures 4". This gives me hopev that these are at least V-codes. What do you guys think?
