I have a 2017 F350 KR DRW. I recently had an upgrade done to my Sync system, to 3.0, and the nav upgrade all done by the dealer. Ever since they did the upgrade, when I turn off the truck and come back 5 min later I have lost the last radio station that I was listening to. I usually always listen to Sirus but when I restart my truck its on 101.FM. Everything used to stay in memory before the upgrade. Any ideas?? TIA

Have you tried a soft reboot or a master reset of the SYNC system?
Sometimes this will help with weird issues happening with SYNC.
Well known issue. Happened with my 2017. It's why I don't bother with updates anymore as there usually aren't any super duper new features added anyway.
Before I traded that truck I ended up just remembering to turn the radio off before I shut the truck off. Then it would preserve whatever I was listening to before shutting the truck off.
thanks to all that replied. Did a soft reboot, didn't help. Did a hard reboot and it cleared the problem, just lost my presets and Fav in nav
Your mileage may vary. Been there, done that. Even upgraded to the latest 3.x Sync. Behavior is very inconsistent. it will work, then not work. Next time I go in for service I'll try the SSM noted above.
