Any ideas? Attempting to replace radio in '91 Ford F150. The original radio got where it would only play am, so I took it out and replaced it and it only played am, so I went back and tried at
least 5 radios and placed all in truck and none would play fm, but they would play fm in other trucks.
What in the world could be going on?? Any ideas or help appreciated.

 

Be more specific, was it just static when you turned to FM or what? Have you tried replacing the antenna?

 

When I cut on the radio, the am plays fine, when I push the fm button, it stays on am, ( on all radios).
Have not tried to replace antenna yet
