No crank

I was checking my icp sensor and my sensor plug fell apart and it touched the engine block and died and now it won’t crank or the fuel pump doesn’t turn on with key on i don’t if I killed the pcm and I’m about of clues

Check fuse F2.22 (#22 in the fuse box behind the drivers side dash panel - near the brake release lever)

Does it crank w/ the starter solenoid wire jumpered to the passenger battery (+) terminal (key off)?

IPR is protected by Fuse 2.22, but at least from my '03 manual, ICP vRef comes off the PCM, no protection, neither ground nor return to PCM is protected.
