Well, there’s a difference.
There are old fart mud flaps which SCREAM OLD MAN. Usually comes with a bug deflector and bumper guides..and maybe chrome door edge guards that run top to bottom vertically...on both doors.. And, there are more conservative styling mud flaps and tastes where styling is always about “less is more”.
I guess I’m an old fart at 61, but I’ll kick all of your asses...LOL.
All you little one group up, the big ones pair off, George and I will kick butt, George, you the little group or the big pairs?
Thank you, appreciate quick response! Did you go with flat or molded ones? And the pictures provided by SuperDuty Wannabe and ForCal - are those mud flaps flat or molded? I am on Ford accessories page, and honestly I cannot tell the difference. Problem I see is that flat ones are the same model number for both front and rear, while the molded ones are different. And molded front pair without fender flares is not even listed as option. It's kind of confusing... I'd like to go with OEM since I have all those fordpass points to use up...
OK so I called my dealer to check if they have OEM molded mud flaps like you guys have in stock. I got fordpass points, might as well use them. They can order rear ones, model number HC3Z-16A550-BA. However, they cannot order front molded pair, it's not available! I looked on Ford's website, and the guy is right - not there at all. My truck is SRW, without lip molding. These front molded mud flaps obviously exist - do any of you know what part number they are?

These are the part numbers for mine. Yep, they charged me full list.

Interesting I have the OEM front ones on my truck. It may be because its a F 450 with a wider front axle???
Don, why is the KR nickel tailgate plaque missing?
I think Ford owes you one.
George, I did not order the Chrome package. I lean towards the painted bumpers and door handles. I had the Chrome package on my 19 and now I am flipping back to paint. I think it look good...besides 'chrome don't get you home' LOL...
Here's a closer look at the WeatherTechs I installed on my truck. FWIW they took all of about 30 minutes to install. It would've been quicker but it was a bit breezy and the paint protector film was difficult to handle in the wind. It's a quality product and the best price I found was direct from WeatherTech. It looks like they might contact the tail pipe but they don't; there's actually about two inches clearance. As far as their effectiveness, I have absolutely no complaints and they look great, IMO.
something to consider for the op. i installed huskys on my truck when new. i have been very happy with their performance but realized yesterday when i was washing the winter grime off my truck that little rocks work their way down inbetween the flap and the fender. maybe a good idea to install some protective film on where the 2 are touching
Your Huskys should have come with the protective film as part of the package, mine did. Applying the film was the hardest part of the install. The only thing I don't like about the Huskys is that little gap they leave on the rears.
