After using Waze mostly and Google Maps less so, going back to the Ford Nav is a frustrating experience. Wish Waze was wireless so I don't have keep my phone plugged in which keeps the battery topped off all the time but I sure am not going back to Ford Nav.

Android auto can already support this, problem is that Ford sync 3 can't. There are only a few head units that can at this time. I have no idea how well it will work as I would imagine battery drain running that much data back and forth but who knows.
Wireless is cool and that’s the way Ford is headed with SYNC 4 and more than likely, when it finally comes out, every Ford vehicle will have and need wireless charging.
