Tie downs
Recently bought used 2015 lariat and looks like someone has sprayed their own bed liner. ( going to have line-x redo it) how do you remove the tie down cleats ? Looks like a key hole on one of them.

Specific. Don’t know why they’re keyed, no one would want to steal them.
There’s number stamped on it. Stop by a good locksmith shop and they can probably make a key based on the number. You may also find a set on eBay or Amazon.
