1994 E150 Club Wagon, 270K 5.8L. It is running okay but, occasionally it will hiccup for a second or two and then smooth out. I am not getting any check engine light but I am wondering if after 90,000 miles since installing my last O2 sensor, does it makes any sense to just change it out? I think it only has one upstream sensor and I am thinking of replacing it with a NTK 22060.
Plugs, Ford racing plug wires, cap & rotor. power steering fluid flush, coolant drain & fill, fuel filter, air filter, crankcase breather et al. done 4k ago.
Yeah, you can't be too careful with that routine maintenance!
All kidding aside, the van keeps passing smog every two years so I figure ill just let it be.

Cadjak, dashstiffrod makes a good point. The capacitors on the ECU`s of some 90s era fords go bad. Several years ago I pulled my ECM and replaced a couple bad capacitors, That cured the horrible stumbling issue my van had.
