CJ Pony parts has a complete long bed floor for 600.00. I bet the shipping would be pretty high too.
I am currently trying to figure out the best way to redo a short-bed floor. My cross members are in good shape, but will need a cross sill in addition to the floor panels.
The floor panels are available from different suppliers by side (LH/RH). But again shipping is usually high.
Try NPD, Auto Metal Direct, Sherman, Goodmark, Raybuck etc...
Rock auto had some a week or two ago, but shipping from Canada was about 350.00 iirc.

You can use the long bed floor as a short bed is just shorter than the long bed from the front , or at least I am pretty sure they are , I am cutting out the one in my short bed and using a 92 long bed floor , I will know more when I get it cut out but from what I see the cross members from center back are in same location on both beds , it appears the one extra cross member towards the front on the long bed is just behind were the front of the short bed ends , so once that cross member is drilled out an removed and the floor cut just in front of it , it should match up to the short bed , but I will know for sure by this weekend or the next if all goes according to plan,,
