I've tried to search this and can't really pin point my own specific issue.
Let's just say the guts of the truck are a 97 F-350 7.3... everything was running and driving just fine. Decided I wanted to try to figure out my mirrors and locks not having power. Pulled the dash, tried to figure it out, failed, put it back together.
Went to go to work the next day. Truck was warming up in the driveway, went to leave for work and I have no pedal at all. It idles perfectly fine.
No codes come up on my Torque pro app, but when you press the pedal the check engine light comes on as long as the pedal is depressed.
No fuses are bad. No stored ECM codes. Tried to swap the pedal in from my other truck and the same issue occurs.
Not sure what "gauges" to pull up on torque pro go monitor what the computer sees when I push the pedal in.

Any ideas on where to go would be appreciated.
Had a similar situation recently. Mine turned out to out the TPS. I assumr you checked that and if you swapped pedals doutful both were bad but might be worth checking.
Check and see if the wiring harness hasn't rubbed with the shifter cable on the steering column, mine had that problem. Ill see if I can post a pic tomorrow to show where mine was damaged.

There isn't a shifter cable since it is a manual. I guess that should have been mentioned in the initial post.
I found the source of the issue. After doing some digging I found my EVTM for the truck and found out that the fuse panel cover I have in the truck doesn't match what the book says.
Fuse panel: Fuse 2 - 8.25amp c.b. for wipers
Fuse 3- not used
EVTM: Fuse 2 - 30 amp for wipers
Fuse 3: 3amp for idle switch (diesel only)
