What’s wrong??

Fresh rebuild no start yet and ticking that throws a cel after 12 seconds of cranking. Turn off key cel goes away but both come back, same amount of time later. What could the sound with check engine light be??

Get the code read. If the check engine light comes on, there is a code stored. With out knowing the code we could be sending you on a wild goose chase.

Thats what I plan on. Trying to get my guy back out to me. On these old trucks will it tell me what it was even though it went away? Thanks
