Took my 2018 Bullet to the dealer for what I suspected was a wet floor. Dealer found four spots that were saturated. It's going back to the factory for a new floor. My dealer sent two back last week for same problem. Has anyone here had a travel trailer go back to the factory?
Water is coming in thru both storage door, entry door and one window. Many others have same problem. Keystone transports them.to factory, haven't heard of anyone returning .
I've heard of the leaks with several brands, and the ones that don't ship back to the factory are almost always the ones that has the owner posting that it has been in the shop for months etc.
My suggestion: Require that the factory actually water-test it after repair, then require the dealer also water test it when it returns before you take delivery. Then take it immediately home and water test it yourself.
Keystone has problems, especially from roof leaks. Their seals disentegrate only after a few years. Also, most TT companies are only putting in minimal weight axles and leafs and Keystone is the worst. I had a collapsed leaf only after three years and only put in about 3/4 of the weight rating for cargo.
Factory called yesterday, they will transport it back in two weeks. From what others have experienced looks like I will get it back in three or four months.

I'd bug them until you're on a first-name basis, then keep bugging them until you're on a Mr./Ms. basis again . . . unless you don't want to use it until June. And that's banking on it actually being fixed.

Three to four months? It may be time to chat with an attorney:
