Well I took my new F350 with 5K on the speedometer because I had power loss on pulling a trailer. Dealer found nothing, but graciously told me they did a reflash, just to check, because they could find nothing. Well already, it looks like I've lost 2 miles per gallon. Seems like if they can't find anything, they just do a reflash. Damn, still don't know what the problems is.
Dude, maybe it's time for a change in your service organization. Maybe try a different dealer. I know that I'm big on loyalty once I get a good deal but remember this...
Sales and Service are two different animals...rarely do you find a dealership that's great at both. I bought my KR from a dealer that's 1+ hours from the house. There's a Ford dealer that's 30 minutes away...but their sales staff sucked at working with me to find the truck I wanted. IF and when I need service, I'll certainly try the closer dealership.

Power loss and power miss is usally a fuel problem and alot of the time injectors going out.
Mines at the dealer getting 2 replaced and had the same problem loss of power while pulling a trailer.
Think I will try a different dealer for service. I bought my truck from a dealer 250 miles away, never had any problem with the 06 KR I've got, but there is a marked difference between the two, and they both have PSD 6.0.
Trailer weighs 9K empty, with two horses, need to add close to an extra 3000. This truck should pull it easily. My 06 seems to have twice the power for some reason.
I don't know what caused your power loss to start with but the new flash will definitely cause power loss. I have had both of the new flashes in the last month and the power goes down each time. The latest flash also changes the shift strategy on the tranny for the worst.
i am not sure what the manual has in it. sorry. the new flashes do not and cannot hurt power. now things change with some flashes and it does afftect the running of the truck, but it depends on which flash, what truck and so on. if you notice a power loss then you may have a issue of some sort.
I know my power went down a lot with the last 2 flashes and my truck has been back to the dealer 4 time sense the buzz flash and they can't find anything wrong. They changed the Turbo and reflashed it again and it made no difference. I have also talked to the guys at Superchips and they say the new flashes do not have as much power available.
well call the guys at superchips and tell them they are full of it. have you had your fuel pressure checked? do you have racor fuel filters? i know these flashes do not kill power. the before and after proves it.
All I know is that my truck went in a month ago for a bad water in fuel sensor and after 5 trips back and 2 new flashes it still has much less power. My dealer says they have had several other complaints about the same thing after these re-flashes. Superchips says the base files that they have to work with from Ford now have less power available. I don't know if this is true but I know my truck is a lot slower.
What ever happened to your truck? I am going through the exact same problem that you have. Took my truck in for a stalling problem and when I got the truck back its like its not even the same truck. Very noticable loss of power, especially when towing. I'm taking it back in on Wednesday for the FIFTH time.

Fellers, get your trucks to operating temp, disconnect both batteries and wait 10 minutes or so, re-connect batteries and start your trucks. Let them idle for a minimum of 5 minutes, then shut them off. That MIGHT cure your power problem.
