2016 F250 Transmission Shift Problem
2016 F250 6.2 4x4 with 6spd transmission
Since about 70k miles (has 75k now) on cold startup transmission will not shift correctly. Reverse sometimes slips and when going into drive it will go directly to 5th gear.
Truck is fine once transmission warms up.
I drain the transmission pan and change the fluid and filter every 15k miles.
Ive been reading about shift solenoids and some with valve body issues. But not yet about cold startups being involved.
