Hello! I have a 2015 F-350 dually Platinum. I am using 3157 Switchbacks from superbrightled.com. I have wired them with/without resistors, flashed BCM for hyperflash and the only way they work is with headlights or running lights on. If headlights are off or in DRL mode they will strobe. Does anyone have knowledge of this issue??
Update!! Installed resistors on LED Headlights and still have same issue, all rear bulbs are still stock, only have front bulbs changed to LEDs.I guess I will try Diode Dynamics and see if they will work?

Having LEDs in front and stock bulbs in the rear is the cause. You're confusing the Body Control Module.
If the BCM is set in "regular turn signal mode," you have to add the Ballast Resistors to the LEDS to get them draw the correct amount of electrical current to make the BCM blink them at the right speed. If you don't use the Ballast Resistor, then the BCM makes the turn signals blink too fast.
If you don't want to use the Ballast Resistors with your LEDS, then you have to program the BCM in Hyperflash Mode. When you do this you're telling to the BCM to work with the low current needed for just the LEDS. The BCM now specifically looks for the lower current and the turn signals will now blink at the proper speed without the need for Ballast Resistors.
In your case...., you have LEDS (without ballasts) in the front and stock lamps in the back and the BCM is set to Hyperflash. The combination is drawing more current than if you had all-LEDS. The BCM detects too much current in Hyperflash Mode.and thinks that there's an Electrical Fault in the turn signal circuits. So, it momentarily shuts it down, and then since the fault has cleared, it tries to turn them on again, but it draws too much current again, so the BCM shuts them down again, ad infinitum ….. and you get the Strobing lights. .
SOLUTION (Provided you haven't damaged the BCM at this point):
If you leave the BCM in Hyperflash mode, put the SAME type of LED bulb (WITHOUT BALLAST RESISTORS) in ALLof the turn signal locations Front and REAR. The BCM will see the proper current, and the turn signals will now work properly and blink at the right speed.
I had the same problem with switchback bulbs from three vendors, JDM A-Star, LasFit, and I can't remember the third. After turning out the bulb out indicator in ForScan to address the LED hyperflash, they'd work fine with the ignition off but as soon as I tried them with the truck running, they'd strobe or wouldn't work right.
I got frustrated and finally put a set of amber only LED 3157 projector type bulbs from Auxito in and have had no problems since.
I used Lasfit LED switchbacks in front and stock bulbs in back and everything works perfect. No Hyperflash, no resistors, just plug and play. Highly recommended! After communicating directly with Lasfit these were what I was told to order.

Rubyvette, It appears you have made the correct choice regarding your LED switchbacks. I have a 2016 F250, 6.7, Platinum that these bulbs will fit. I also want to upgrade the fog lights and other exterior/interior lights to LED. Which bulbs did you choose to upgrade other lights in your truck? Thanks in advance! --Barry
