7.3 keeps jumping

7.3 keeps jumping
When I start the truck I have to hold the rpm up to about 1500 and hold it there for 3-4 minutes or it will shut off once it is going as I'm going down the hwy it jerks real hard like it's jumping. Any thoughts

Yeah you're going to need to get a laptop on it to pull any codes and if that doesn't point you in the right direction, read live data while it's running.
How many miles are on it? Any mods? Recent work? Known issues?

P1670 can be chaffed wires or possibly a bad IDM.
P0380 can also be chaffed/shorted wires. Look at insulation on engine harness at valve covers. Is this a California truck? (GPCM instead of GP relay)
P0475 can be EBPS tube is plugged.
What are are you reading codes with?
