Speaking of door tags- has anyone ordered a replacement tag from Marti before? I ordered mine back in the first week of October, called them twice to check on it and got the same story both times- that it's marked urgent and top of the work list. Just wondering if I'm the only fool.

Some other enthusiasts were talking about it recently here. The one pictured looks like they did a great job. Holidays no doubt slowed them down.

I'm sure they will eventually too. I ordered it on the 3rd of October though so it's been almost double of the expected wait time they quote of 6-8 weeks.

Well, it's been 2 more weeks and 1 phone message left. Still nothing. I'm at a loss what to do about this. I have a tag for my truck it's just 55 years old and beat up. I couldn't care less about the money, it's the principle at this point.

Nope not just you. I couldn't get the site to load either. I have potential resolution now anyway. I hate to do it but I got "squeeky" on their Facebook page about the delayed service and not returning calls. Hour and a half later- I get a call saying the plate is stamped but they can't ship it out today. We'll see if it comes in. Afterward I fully intend on taking down my comment on their FB in hopes that this deal is an anomaly.

Finally got my new plate last night. Ordered on 3 October 2019, 6-8 weeks normal wait time. I called and left a message for the third time last week then posted on their Facebook page and that's what got a response finally. Once Shelli Marti called me explaining their story, I took the comment down. I just understand why I couldn't get an explanation when I spoke to an employee of theirs back in December. Anyway, maybe next time will be better service.
