Year model help?

I have an f100 that has a 1964 grill but has twin I beam suspension. How can I be sure what year the truck really is.

If you are able to post pictures take a picture of the warranty plate on the drivers door and post it. If not just type all the info on it and post it someone will decode it for you. What year does the title say it is?

Twin-I-Beam front suspension introduced in 1965 F100/250 2WD

1961/64 trucks have the parking lamps mounted to the grille, 1965/66's have the parking lamps located in the upper grille panel.

Try to find the stamped serial number on the passenger side frame rail just in front of the cab mount to confirm your door tag too.
