Angry Ignition problem!!

I have a 1980 f-150 with a 1969 351w that has a slight ignition problem that I need a little help with. (PLEASE!!) It runs great until it heats up to a certain temp, then it just shuts off as if i where to turn off the key. After waiting a few minutes it will start again and run for a little while, but then do the same thing again. It won't do it if I am driving over 55, but if I'm putting around town or idleing, it will shut off real quick. I've already replaced the coil and coil wire and it still does it. I'm stumped!! (which is easily done) any ideas would be greatly appreciated..

There are pics of my pickup including pics of the engine in my gallary..

Thanx

There is a electrical switch on the column that is connected to the Key switch, check it to make sure its working, if not replace it.
