You can add a front receiver to the truck, then buy a winch cradle. Max will be a 9k winch, and that's a straight pull only. I wouldnt try any side pulling , it will bend that cradle and possibly the front receiver.
Next option is warn makes a mount that looks like a grill guard. You can buy the mount only or buy the mount and add the headlights guards etc. Its called Warn Trans4mer
