Just the alignment and you'll be done. To give you an idea of how much space you'll have, before I did my axle swap, I did the 2.5" lift (using 2wd F-350 coils) and add-a-leafs in the rear and was able to run 33x12.5's. I did however have to shim out my front bumper 1/2" (used washers) and didn't have a great deal of space in my wheel openings, but then I never hit the fenders either during off camber situations.
I am just looking to run my 31's or maybe even a set of 32's. The truck is a daily driver, I don't want to get to carried away.
I put on some spring booster and it raised up slightly (1/2") but I didn't like how it really made the ride stiff. Especially when the rear rides smoother than the front.
I already have a new set of leafs that will add about 2+ inches in the rear.
