Great question, and I was about to ask the same for my '65 F250 if you don't mind me tagging in with you on this one.
Thanks,
Keep watching on eBay, as complete and partial kits come up for auction regularly. In the last day or so, I even saw a kit using the foot-pedal pump. The nozzles are not too hard to,find, and someone can take measurements for locating them.
I just bought a parts truck that has the complete set up. if interested, email me at chircolandinc@gmail.com.
Tomorrow i can post pictures and measurements as to where they go for everyone to see.
I've got all of the pages (four) for the various Series of trucks showing the windshield washer stuff. Here's a tidbit of where the washers are installed in the hood.
Ironically just did some cyber searching to replace a later model windshield washer kit I salvage for my 65 and going back to the original type of kit. It appears the links Rollbar posted may be a better deal that a couple of the Ford part suppliers. The only thing I would add, if one has a blank/open dash **** space, and not a purist, I would consider going with a later model dash ****, believe I salvaged the **** off a 68-72 Ford truck where the dash bezel 'window washer' blends in with the other dash *****, by pressing the **** it energizes the pump.

Could you please post those pages?
Thanks guys for the other info as well, gonna look at the '68-72 from Rock Auto and see what's up with that.
