So i have a 2012 f250 super duty xlt 4x4 crew cab with the 6.2l gas with 3.73 differential... I am currently using this to pull my 5th wheel camper dry weight is 8650 lbs and gross I'm thinking is about 10,000-10,500 lbs... I'm looking at getting a different 5th wheel camper and was wondering if anyone is pulling with this model truck and what kind of weight I could pull without alot of wear and tear on truck...the campers I'm looking at would be a dry weight of 10,000 or a little over and gross would be 12,000 to 12,500 lbs...also I'm only using this on the weekends and traveling at most 2 to 4 hours one way

Look at what your payload capacity currently is rated at. Now what is your camper’s current weight loaded, what is your pin weight? Do you have any payload capacity left? The way people drive today you don’t wanna be pushing the limits of your truck...
