Have you tried these options?

Why only through 2020?

Just buying a 2022 F150. I joined this group a few years back when I had my last truck, a beautiful 2017 loaded King Ranch dually. Sold her when we moved from a large 5th wheel to a motorhome. Since then, I've been really missing having a Blue Oval truck, so tomorrow, I'm fixing that. So, just wondering why this forum only covers through 2020. Was this just how it was originally set up back when there were no 2020+s? Anyway, I'm sure I'll find topics that will still be useful, but just thought I should first know before I post about my new (to me) 2022 F150 Lariat.

I have this and the OBDLinkEX. I got the one you mentioned as it allows me to easily check on items as I drive, but my understanding is that it is NOT suitable if you want to modify your FORSCAN. Am I wrong? Anyway, that is why I go the OBDLinkEX to connect to a Windows laptop, which DOES allow me to modify my FORSCAN parameters. If I'm wrong, one or the other is for sale (with very minimal use LOL)

Everything I have is Mac platform. Am I correct in assuming that I can see everything and codes but can't change anything. Is there anything I won't be able to see before I spend the money on an adapter.

You can install Windows in a VM. Pretty sure that will allow you to run vanilla Windows Forscan.

I am Apple everything as well. My solution was to get a used Windows laptop. Not really answering your question, but you can consider this. I did have a Windows need for another hobby (drones), so it was a need for that as well. If there could be other needs for Windows, it isn't like you're going to the "dark side".

The tech says truck is fine, parts that came up bad were changed but monitor is not ready ?

You can try clearing it, but often times O2 sensors are replaced when the actual cause is something else.

I know you said you did all the driving tricks, but it will take a number of drive cycles and miles before the emissions readiness clears - I'm assuming that's what you are talking about?

Take it out for a good long drive, 45 min or more, on the highway and see if anything happens with the codes. Bad O2 sensor codes can be set from anything a simple as a clogged air filter, to a vacuum leak, to bad catalytic convertors. Just because they aren't reading the proper ratios doesn't mean that they are bad.

The latest OBD II drive cycle is a multi-day process. Google the information and you will see you need a cold start with 8+ hours down time then you must drive at certain speeds etc. This only clears.one of the monitors. You don't have to drive hundreds of miles. There are steps you can take to bypass the 8 hour soak etc.

You can use Forscan to check the status of purge valves, tank pressure etc to see if/why it fails. It's complicated....
