Testing coolant.
Im not sure if this is a stupid ? Or not. Is there certain test strips for Diesels? I bought RADCHECK COOLANT Test strips. I got them from NAPA. And what kind of numbers should readings be?

depends on the Coolant you are using. I don't use the Radcheck, I use the Fleetguard strips or Accustrip

Ya they were the wrong ones. The girl at Napa was not helpful at all. Any ways I teacked down some fleetguard ones. So what do these numbers tell ya. ImI not sure what im suposed to be at. I'm between .6-.9 scA and -20F 45%

my 93 F250 holds about 30 Quarts, I use good old 50/50 Prestone Green Slime .. I use the DCA4 additive .. here is another Link Fleetguard DCA60L Supplemental Coolant Additive at DieselManor
What Filter .. IF you have a Water Filter installed it should have a part number on the old filter..
