took the truck around the block and it made it! still have a lot of tinkering to do with it
one question have some for rims on it now have the chose of these or power coated cv steel rims
what do think?
thanks mike
Nice! What colors did you use? I really like the Crager SS or AR Torq Thrust. A 5 spoke wheel just stays with the truck theme. My problem is I only have F250's and wheel choice is limited.
Looks great! It sounds like you have a non stock wheel bolt circle (cv), so wheel choice may be limited. I don't know what hub caps will work with the steel cv rims, so maybe you could post some pics of what you're talking about.
Very nice! The rims look nice, with that sweet paint job it looks like a big hot wheels to me, not that that's a bad thing, that would be a popular bad *** hot wheels! And with the rake these fit better than the steel, ride on…
I used Wimbledon white along with vintage burgundy urethane single stage paint
I think I'm going tp keep the 5 spoke ford wheels the crown vic rims came off a cop car ..
have a spar 9 inch Posi rear end with 31 spline axels I'm going to cut down and have mouser re drill the bolt pattern don't like wheel spacers on it now
also I'm going to hang a small pair of led fog lamps on the back bumper tried to back it up at night it was a pain being a 64 with no backup lights
