Retainer/Clip Search

I have search online, Ford, local parts houses etc. Cannot find this retainer. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Holds down the window button panel for the rear door.

Keeps snapping out. Tried adjusting the clip - no success.

You sure it isn't the trim itself that is damaged?

Thanks very much! As best that I can tell the trim is ok. It's like the clip has lost it's spring tension. I appreciate you checking for me!
