Cab lights

Update- so I took a chance on these cab lights on Amazon from Chi-na and they are actually almost identical to the Yankee 77. If any of you guys need to replace your originals or just need parts/ lenses I can recommend these. I just switched the lenses on mine.

Funny seeing this topic, I was just telling myself a couple hours ago that I need to get back to this particular project myself. My 77 F-150 has some pretty rotten cab lights on it and I wanted some new ones. I'll tell you what I'm doing to "fix" this issue.
My lights appear to be OE as well, they have tags on the wiring with Ford all over them. I was able to source a cheap set of cab lights from Amazon that perfectly match what was on the truck, except the opening where the bulb plugs in. The opening is shaped smaller than it needs to be to fit the factory plugs, so I'm going to take out a small rotary tool, such as a Dremel, and open them up and they should fit my factory lighting just perfectly. The set I bought came with it's own harness that you can splice into the factory one, but I'm trying to avoid modifying the wiring. Otherwise all you'd have to do is make a couple of cuts and a few crimps and you can use what came with the set.
I unfortunately didn't take a shot of the new cab light's opening, but maybe I can take a pic later if I remember to. I'm just linking pics I took a long time ago back when I got these. I've been slacking.
