2003 A/C moisture problems

I am a newbie to this site and think it is a great site. I own a 2003 supercrew with a 4.6 engine and the moisture from the A/C drips on the exhaust. Has any one else had this problem? My dealer said this is normal. I also have a 1997 extended cab with same engine ,but it doesn't do this.

Hi crolf and welcome to the forum

I've seen this on the newer trucks as well. I wonder if Ford changed the drain on the A/C to cure the old problem they had with water getting into the cab.

Lots of condensation on our truck but nothing of it hits the exhaust, or not that I'd notice. This is on a 97 xtended cab.

The dealer said the exhaust is different on the supercrew from all other models. Looks the same as my 97 . I think that I am going to try a different dealer. I have already complained to ford about this dealers service.
