Nope, wouldn't be hard, but based on measurements posted in other threads, it doesn't sound like that's the case. Those measurements showed very little lift compared to a non Tremor, like a half inch.
Do you have a link to this post, for personal/educational purposes?
Seen a stock 2014 f150 xlt mount a fisher stainless v plow, and handle it for atleast seasons with no breaking. Had a leveling kit but that's it.
I keep thinking about all the 1/2 tons I see around town with plows, but trying to do my due diligence ahead of time. Especially as the Tremor (SD's) are new to the game.

2010-14 weren't supposed to mount plows to due to their electronic steering. Why I traded my 14 in for my 19 f250 (was only after read 150s have plow prep packages available again lol)
Looking for plow now matter of fact. Torn between fisher and westerns
I don’t agree that every truck with a plow needs plow springs. A 9.5’ v-blade used commercially? F Yes. An 8’ straight used residentially? Don’t bother. .
I disagree 100%. An 8' plow is the most common size blade for commercial plowing for store lots and the like.
Plow prep pkg is cheap insurance while driving around with an 8' blade like a Western pro for long periods of time - 668#. A 7'6" blade weighs in @ 653#
Even Western's Midweight 8' poly pkg weighs in @ 532#
That's a lot of extra weight hanging off the front.
