Rear Diff lock light!

Yesterday this light popped up on my dash. My manual says that the rear diff lock is engaged. It came on after i put the truck in 4x4 to get up my driveway and has not gone off. Is there a way to disengage it?? Thanks. Randy

Im sorry I have to ask but....

did you push the 4x4 **** back in....or pull out...or whatever you are supposed to do?

Thanks for the help! I went back to my truck and messed with the 4x4 switch and it pushed in. Did not know it did that!! Learn something new everyday!!
