Cheap and good usually don't go together for these trucks. I would try a salvage yard. That may meet your needs. If not, there are literally hundreds on Ebay and some used. Also there are plenty of videos on utube about how to clean what you have. I would try that first as it could be the most cost effective. Congratulations on your new ride. Sandy
Fogged as in internal condensation or the usual oxidation of the front covers? If it's oxidation I suggest you get some polishing compound and spend 15 minutes cleaning them up, even just one application will make a hugh difference and that is going to be the least expensive fix. Internal condensation might just be because of a clogged vent, I'm not sure exactly where it is on those lights but likely somewhere around the bottom at the rear.
To expand on Sandy's comment that "cheap" and "good" may be mutually exclusive, I would not suggest getting aftermarket replacements unless you REALLY need to. I had a broken lens on my driver's side headlight so I replaced it. Meanwhile the driver's side is original with the expected cloudiness and condensation inside. The old stock headlight in horrible shape throws a better pattern and more light than the new aftermarket replacement.
Get a pair of TYC replacements. They are nearly as good as OEM. You can get them cheap on Rock Auto or Amazon. The others are all subpar in my opinion.
