Engine idle

What exactly constitutes engine idle hours?
about two weeks ago my engine idle hours was at 137. There is no way in hell I have idled my truck for 10 hours over the last two weeks..

I don't know for sure, but I think being stopped at stoplights, etc. count towards idling.

If the wheels arent turning its logging the minutes. Whether, in Park, Neutral, drive, it counts as idle time. Hi idle, low idle, doesn't matter.
