I bought a truck, signed up for Fordpass so i can remote start my truck among other things, I can't seem to log into owner.ford.com, tried resets and everything, any ideas?
And I just figured out it isn't working in Chrome on this machine
I have tried for several days with three different browsers to download the sync update and the site is a mess. I registered a complaint with Ford at their toll free number (since chat service on the web was also inop.). They said wait 48 hours to try again. I've heard that one before!

I had the same problem, although I didn't waste my time calling. I'll just forget it & try again in a month or so. That site is TERRIBLE!
When trying to access it using Chrome I get no where, but if I try Safari it works 2/3 of the time. It also keeps telling me there is a Sync update but it's the same one I installed in early October and confirmed the install on the owner site.
