And the page for general torque specs for bolt size. The shop manual states, "torque pressure plate bolts to specifications." So, I would go with bolt sizes for torque specs.

Thanks. I ended up using a general torque chart and specs I found for '61 ford, 25 ft. lbs. If I remember that is a pretty common torque for pressure plate with 5/16" bolts. I replaced the bolts with spec 8 bolts after snapping one off with my swap meet cheap torque wrench. Neighbor with set of manuals loaned me his torque wrench to finish up. On my list today to shop for torque wrench.
