Torque Specs

Can someone give me the torque specs for the nuts that attach the torque convertor to the flex plate? And the bolts that attach the flex plate to the back of the crank. It's for a C-6 that came out of a 74 f100(I think) Thanks

Not computer literate, very surprised I was able to post pic, that being said, scanned from 'Chilton's auto trans repair' manual 1/97 edit.
