2004 F-250 6.0 Powerstroke
My truck ended up hydro locking from over fueling injector number 4 was hanging open
but I had a code for injector 2 so I pulled number 2 as well, and the hold down bolt was loose and the injector had pounded the copper washer to pieces, I got most of the pieces out so far.... but one little flake the size of the tip of an injector and thinner than paper fell into the cylinder, should I say f*** it and run it? Please let me know what you think. I don’t have the equipment to pull the cab off my truck and I really don’t want or have the time to pull heads off with the cab on. What should I do? let me know what you think.
Maybe with a USB camera and a vacuum, pull out the glow plug and use that, and also the injector port. One is for the vacuum and another is for the camera, and manage to extract that piece out?

might work but don’t have a camera that works. I thought about the vacuum thing but not sure that it will work
If the vacuum dust collection chamber is clean, you might be able to fish blind and periodically check the chamber for the copper flake. There shouldn't be much else in the cylinder to clutter the dust collector.
I mean I’ll try to use a vacuum and get it out but I don’t see it working and if that’s the case it won’t both me I spent $2000 to buy the truck last year I got my 2 grand worth at this point lmao
So I just said f*** it and ran it, runs nice no weird noises. I think the old leaker likes the copper flakes. Might just add more for next time lol
I mean I guess I’ll see in the long run but seems to be good as of now
