Has anyone been able to reduce the ringer volume on their stereo when a call comes through? Sometimes music has a low volume so I turn stereo volume up to half max or so, and then a call comes through and the ringer blows my doors off. I’m running 2019 lariat f350 and an iPhone XR. Are there settings that anyone is aware of to have the ringer volume at a reasonable level when calls come through?
I have the same problem, it wasn't always like this. It used to ring at a normal volume now it's way louder than the music volume, so annoying. And it happened with my iPhone X and now 11 pro.

Yes, while truck is receiving the call and ringing adjust volume with ****. Same with the volume of the voice part of call...
As said above, adjust it while it is ringing or you are on the call. You will note the display as you adjust while the radio is playing will say 'Audio Volume', while on a call or ringing will say 'Phone Volume', and if using carplay for Apple Maps, 'Prompt Volume'. Audio is easy to adjust. The other two you have to adjust while they are 'active'. I find that the Phone Volume is tricky as I often have to crank the volume to hear the person on the line, but then as you note, when you get an incoming call, the ringer is turned to 11 so to speak.
