Does anyone have a source or part number for the factory AC switch pigtail or the crimp on connectors that go in the plug cavity? It is for switch PN D5TZ-19B888-A.

D5TZ-19B888-A is the A/C Vacuum Controlled Selector Valve Assy that also contains the "kicker" switch that turns on the A/C
See 19C827 in pic: Ford did not supply the connectors for this harness, and there are SIX different types! What year is the truck?
It's a 1977 F250 with factory AC. 19C827 is the vacuum harness, it is the one to the left of that harness. Do you know of a source for the spade connectors for the plug if the pigtail isn't available? I was able to find the connectors for the instrument cluster plug, but I can't remember how I even came up with the part number for them. Some random place in South Florida here had them for relatively cheap. I want to eventually rewire the truck as the 45 year old wiring keeps giving me fits, mostly at the connectors and plugs. I need to find all new OEM style connectors.

14401 is the dash wiring harness. 1977 is 1977 only and there's two types: With Oil/Amp Gauges (D7TZ-14401-B) or with Oil/Amp Warning Lamps (D7TZ-14401-A).
Ford offered a few different types of connectors, look at the upper and lower pics to see if there's anything compatible.
you need to call columbine automotive products in COLORADO. He supplies allof these spade and other type connectors to everybody, independent, builder, dealer you name it. 303-682-0755 gary can help.

It's a 4 cavity "T" shaped plug, but if I can get the crimp on connectors (Spade style), that would work too.

I am headed right down the road from there for work tomorrow. I'll swing by Monday and see what he has. I know someone has to have the spade connectors that go in the cavity. I was able to find them for the plug on the back of the insturment cluster, but that was about 2 years ago and I can't remember how I cross referenced it to find the right part number.
high6,
I have a 77 i am putting together. I did not take it apart. I am struggling with that wire and what it looks like and where it gets power. Would you be able to give me some pictures if i pm you email address?

I sent you over some pictures. The orange wire comes from the ignition switch, the red wire goes to the fan speed selector, and the green wire goes to the AC compressor through the thermostatic switch that is on the AC evaporator.
Those are the correct terminals, they're called non-insulated open barrel terminals. Just a heads up, you can't use regular terminal crimping pliers on them, they won't work. You'll need a set specifically for the open barrel terminals.
Here's a youtube video

Thank you, I ordered those terminals. I'll grab a set of the crimpers too.
Does anyone know the difference between switch PN D8TZ-19B888-A and D5TZ-19B888-A? They both look the same. Truck is a '77 but who knows if it is a original cab, what has been changed, etc.
