Transmission Replaced?
Hi all, Im trying to figure out if the transmission has been replaced in my truck before. Any ideas like part numbers etc? The entire transmission is painted black, not sure if that was done at the factory? Its a 2003 4wd SCrew with a 5.4 and 225k miles. Shifts nice and the fluid is pretty clean. Bought it a few months back from a dealer and not much info on it except it was local and one-owner. Got a deal as it had a blown head gasket. Thanks in advance for any ideas!
