02 F350 headlight help!!

It’s because you used bulbs instead of a LED housing w bulb which has resistors built in to it that prevents current flowing to the bulb. Typically companies will provide some sort of can bus or resistor block that plugs in the truck sockets then the bulb plugs into that, these eliminates what you have going on. You could contact the company and see what they say, return and find a company that provides the resistor block or install something like Truck-lites that have everything built into them.
Here’s what I used and did:

So you’re saying I need some resistors. On what bulbs would I connect the resistors to? The h13 high/lows, or the 9005 fogs?
Typically they go on the bulbs that are staying on...but I don’t know where you’d start or what size. I don’t have time right now but I can find you the bulbs that I use for my Subaru and that company actually provided the plug-and-play system.
