Thanks. I was just going to reference that link. It appears the no ac engines have a different mounting for accessories. So I'm guessing the no ac belt wont work. It seems you can run an 81.5" belt in a pinch but long term. Since I'm just trying to test I may do that.
But what I'll probably do is just buy a new compressor as my compressor was smoking so I'll need a new one regardless of whether that is the source of the screech or not.

Yes as far as a permanent fix its going to need a compressor. But I thought for sure there was a work around. Ill keep this in mind if I have this issue.
