Block heater plug popped out...

I’ve never experienced this, my block heater popped out. I removed it and cleared it up but there is a bolt that came out with it. If the bolt came out does that mean the threads in the block are stripped? I’m looking for advice for putting it back in. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. The truck is a 93 f-150 5.8L

Does it have rubber on it? Sounds like a universal core plug to me

I got it figured out. I realized that’s there was a backing peace that was missing. I bought a new block heater for 45$.
