Timing Job Gone Wrong?

PROBLEM SOLVED and I feel so stupid I hate to admit it. So it turns out it was a faulty brand new Motorcraft SPARK PLUG. I even pulled that plug and looked at it when that cylinder was not firing. The shop told me that when it misfires x-amount of times it shuts off the injector and then the misfires jump around as I had P0202, P0351, P0352 & P0354.

So the entire timing job w/lashes & rockers and a new HV pump cost me $1161 in parts plus a $209 spark plug

BTW the truck runs excellent after the timing job and to play it safe I'm going to keep my old set of plugs under the back seat.
