I would...the last photo I think I see some corrosion on one of the capacitor lead legs. Regardless those capacitors are beyond their expected life. Replace them before something bad happens.

It's going to the shop. I'm not an electronics solderer.
Another ECM like this one is more money then I have to spend.

Excellent idea and highly suggested. Sourcing a used/refurnished version is a last resort.

Curious, what caused you to pull the computer ?

Chasing a very rich running condition. And I have checked fuel pressure, no leaking injectors.
Plus I have had some odd problems after an alternator went and the voltage went to 19v without a heavy load.

I've had a chapter bud do several computer/cap replacements successfully for me.
When the repair didn't do it for my 92 GT's A9L, I shipped it off to these guys:
SIA Electronics | ECU Repair for all Makes and Models
They check everything & give you a lifetime warranty on your provided ECU as long as you don't break the security tape.
Well worth the cost when compared with buying a replacement which I have done also.
Just an option for consideration.

Got the ECM back from the electronic shop, they replaced the three caps, used artic silver heat sink compond and redid the protective coating on the board.
Now to finish chasing problems and get this thing back on the road.
