Was your bedliner factory or aftermarket sprayed on? If factory done then your ****head dealer has those. Or have you looked in the tool storage compartment? My 5th prep plugs were in storage compartment.
But the panel plug should have been in there regardless. That is bad dealer PDI.
A little more info would be nice. I'm going to guess it is not a factory applied spray liner, based on the fact the bed bolts weren't sprayed. All those pieces can be purchased but did you ever have them, or is this a new to you, used vehicle?
Very doubtful the bed bolts would be sprayed at factory. The bed would be sprayed before mounting on the frame. This saves taping off all the lights and anchor points.

Well, take a trip to the dealership, you might be surprised by what you see. Find a Sport, it will guarantee seeing the liner. Some have even said their tie downs were sprayed from the factory.
I have the invoice it was a dealer-installed option. I am going to swing by and see if they have them because they were not in the storage compartment in the back.

In that case, whomever did the work, Line-X or otherwise, removed those pieces and misplaced them. The dealer should be responsible for that.

A great and only way to tell the difference between a factory / OEM spray in bed liner is if there’s a Ford logo that’s sprayed into the bed liner, thats factory. If it doesn’t have said logo, that’s a dealer / aftermarket spray in bed liner.
Also, unless something has changed at Ford, the OEM spray in bed liner does cover the paint behind the bed tie downs and the actual tie downs are never sprayed from the factory.

Yep, I'm aware of that, my guess was based on his photos that do not include the bulkhead. The response you quoted was to help schrod in discovering that the factory liner is sprayed over the bolts, and since all Sport package trucks come with it, that is an easy way to find a truck with the factory spray in. I cant say if they spray behind the tie downs, but I can say they don't spray behind the box link plates.

You can also swing by your local Ford dealer parts department and pick up some new body plugs.
They’re not expensive at all so no worries about a huge cost.
He stated that it was dealer installed item, meaning the dealer had the spray in done. He shouldn't have to come out of pocket for the missing pieces.
