So i bought this 68 f100 from my dad. This truck was my older brothers first truck. Him and my dad rebuilt the 360 FE motor that was in it. The motor was bored, cammed, and rebuilt. Has a holly 4 barrel carb with vacuum secondarys. Long tube headers with dual exhaust that goes to a couple of flow master super 44s. that then goes to turn downs that are in the middle of the axle and the cab. My brother put barely any miles on the new motor and he then sold it to my dad. Wich then sat in the barn for 5 years. I was about 12 when i first started getting interested in it. When i was late 13 i decided to buy it from my dad. From there i started to work on it. I saved up and bought some new shoes. They were some Cragar SS. 15x10 in the back and 15x7 in the front. I have the old dry rotted tired on the because i havent been able to buy the rest of the tires. I have one new back right one, 295/50r15. Im going to put 245/60r15 in the front. I also have installed new chrome LED halo headlights. After i get all my tires on i want to start working on body work and getting ready to paint it by this next summer. Would like to paint it midnight blue ( i will list a pick of the exact blue i want) i also plan to switch out the stock 4 speed with granny low and install a toploader 4 speed. Would also like to switch out the stock open diff for a posi. I have 3.25 rear gears right now. I would also like to use a holley sniper efi. I would love to get all the listed above done before i get my licence. (I just turned 15 late September.) so i will be posting to this thread as i go along and letting yall know my progress.
