+power window wiring

need help running wires from door post into doors. looks like you have to cut some of inner door brace away. show or tell me what you did... Thanks Rod

So this is for a F100, I have not started on mine yet but on my F1 had power windows , door speakers, and courtesy lights. I looked at my pictures but nothing there. When you say inner door brace do you mean the door jam or something inside the door?
There are at least three ways of running the wires though both door jams. Two matching (hopefully) drilled holes to run the wires through but they will get squished, a metal or rubber loom of some kind, or a set of contacts on both jams (no power with door open) I used two types. Maybe goggle door looms? .
